4. Shopify Account

Your Shopify account belongs to you. We work as a collaborator. You maintain full ownership and admin access at all times.

5. IP

Custom theme code and configurations become your property upon full payment. Third-party app licenses remain with their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer

E-commerce revenue depends on products, pricing, marketing, and market conditions. We guarantee professional development execution, not specific sales outcomes.

7. Law

Italian law. Courts of Firenze. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/odr.

8. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal (D.lgs. 206/2005). Waived once development begins with consent.
